Community cares
By Stephen Kibler/On behalf of the Willcox Child Protective Services, DES
The Department of Economic Security/Child Protective Services (CPS) in Willcox sends a heartfelt 'thank you' to our community of Willcox. Each year during the Christmas holiday, members of our community come together, along with the local CPS Staff, to provide a holiday experience for the children in Out of Home Care (Foster Care) in our area.
The Christmas party is a family-centered event which includes the children, their own families, and the foster families. A delicious meal, cookies, presents, and a special visit from Santa Claus highlighted this year's occasion.
A special thank you to the organizations and individuals listed below. You made a difference!
